1. The renter should be at least 18 years old or above for renting a Self-Drive car. He/she should also possess a valid driving license.
2. Documents needed to rent a Self-Drive car.
3. A valid light motor vehicle (Non Transport) Indian driving License.
4. Passport/Aadhar Card/Voter.
5. Verification of Driving license & ID address proof needs 2 to 3hours to approve from our end.
6. We will deliver the car to the person who has booked the car not to the other person, we will match booking holder name, mobile number, driving license, id.
7. Please keep your original Driving License handy.While delivering the car to you, our executive will verify your original Driving License and ID proof (same as the ones whose details were provided while making the booking). This verification is mandatory. In the unfortunate case where you cannot show these documents, we will not be able to handover the car to you, and it will be treated as a late cancellation (100% of the fare would be payable). Driving license printed on A4 sheet of paper (original or otherwise) will not be considered as a valid document.

| 10 | Delay in returning of car beyond the scheduled time | A charge of INR300 over and above the per hour rate (as per your car type) will be charged as delay charges. |
| 11 | Extension of car usage beyond the scheduled time | Inform via a call or email a minimum of 4 hrs prior to return time & subject to availability. In case of non-availability a charge of INR 300 over and above the per hour rate (as per your car type) will be charged as extension charges. |

| 13 | Unclean Car or littering /dirtying the car | Unclean cars will attract cleaning charge of INR 500 for a minor cleaning & a charge of INR 1000 for a major cleaning as penalty. |
| 14 | Causing any damage to the car | The User will be obligated to pay the repair cost up to INR 10000 or the standard insurance deductible payment (up to INR 10000). In the event the user is found to violate. AAVYACARS T & C the maximum cap of INR 10000 will not be applicable. |

| 16 | Failure to return the original car documents | A fine of INR 10,000 will be charged along with the actual charges incurred for re- documentation. |
| 17 | Incorrect KYC documents produced at the time of picking up the car | For Daily Rentals: 1 day rental will be charged For Hourly Rental: Entire contracted Hire Charges for the trip shall be charged. |
| 18 | The User does not turn up to pick up the car/No Show | For Daily rentals : 1 day rental will be charged For Hourly rentals: Entire contracted Hire Charges for the trip shall be charged. |
| 19 | Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is suffering from any disease or disability, which may cause his / her driving ability or which is likely to cause a source of danger to the public and/or to the Vehicle. | Complete Security Deposit will be forfeited over and above the actual damage cost incurred. |

| 23 | Fuel | We offer the cars with a full tank and accept it back with a full tank. But in case of fueling being done by AAVYACARS, a 10% refueling charge will be levied on the total refueling cost. The charges for refueling along with service charge shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. |
